WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER: Firstly, I want to become an enforcer because I miss it, I enjoyed it a hell of a lot, and I feel as though I am genuinely ready for the role now. I want to be serious and that's why I've now come back to the server with a steady mindset with no messing about.
Secondly, I now feel more than ever I am an experienced member of the community, I have first hand experience as staff, I feel as though everyone deserves a second chance and I think i'll definitely prove myself if given the chance again. I have been inactive in-game for a couple of months as I have had a shit load on my hands, very personal reasons as to which I don't think I should mention in my enforcer application. Asides from this I am now active again and I will be on the server very often.
Thirdly, during my time on the server, I have developed all of my skills, handling situations, punishing the rule-breakers accordingly, I also developed a high level of professionalism through holding my staff rank. Since I've been back on the server i've been helping people in OOC chat, taking on sweaters into my bases and introducing them to people, showing them the ropes & teaching them how to make money and how the game works, etc.
I also reached up to the Lieutenant rank in the PD, where I developed / put my qualities to the test, my professionalism, my calmness and my assertiveness, gaining nineteen commendations supporting me in my work, as well as being out in the field, I've also taken on a role within Internal Affairs, a more administrative side of things. I have to review complaints on various officers and give a punishment as to which suits the matter. My role within Internal Affairs helps building skills / qualities needed to become an enforcer in various different ways.
Lastly, I honestly have changed, no matter what anyone thinks, I know for a fact I've changed, it's been over 5 months since I was demoted and I feel I have honestly changed a lot in those five months, and if you don't think I am active anymore, you will see in the coming days and weeks. I miss being a staff member because I enjoyed it thoroughly, I did make some mistakes but everyone makes mistakes, I feel like I've matured a lot and I will be able to prove myself fully to anyone whom doubts me. I want this now more than I did the first time, I am ready.
