My first Enforcer application.
My second Enforcer application.

Why do you want to be an Enforcer:

I feel compelled to become an Enforcer because I feel a strong attraction and dedication to Perpheads amongst and along many other various reasons. I feel that I should become an Enforcer because I have had vast engaged experience with Perpheads over the past two years. I have a full and ever extending knowledge of the rules and laws and even have a printed copy of both that I review daily. I feel that handling situations for me that are at an administrative level comes naturally. Being an Enforcer was one of the most interesting and engaging jobs I have ever fulfilled. Returning back to my standing as a normal player, I have noticed from the time I resigned all the way until over a year and a half later that there are still situations that I encounter daily, and often, that are not handled properly by the players involved. Dealing with these types of situations is difficult because requesting administrative assistance often takes time for the active Moderator, Administrator, Senior Administrator, or Head Administrator that is online to respond because typically, they are dealing with other situations as well as engaging in active role-play. I feel that by becoming an Enforcer again that this problem could be mitigated in many situations, as I often find myself interacting with situations all over the city of Paralake and always including myself in as many role-play situations as possible in a professional and organized conduct. Such situations include: EMS Emergencies and role-play; Passive Role-play; Organization role-play; Police role-play; Roadcrew role-play; and many other situations that involve high-experienced role-play that I bring to the table. I feel, personally, that my skills with the english language are of extraordinarily high regard and that I can communicate flawlessly with people in role-play and administrative situations. Aswell as after receiving my new Microphone which is of exceptional quality, I have strengthened the bond between myself and other players and can now make my communication flawless across the board.

Another reason I feel that I should become Enforcer is because of my heightened sense of maturity and seriousness that I have since gained since my respective time on the Administration team as a Moderator. I feel that with this previous experience I have gained the added sense of knowledge that every situation is to be regarded with the up-most seriousness and with extreme professionalism, where as before, I found it acceptable, when it clearly was not, to engage in acts while in administrative situations as a Moderator that did not pertain to the situation I was dealing with at the time and had too much fun with the position rather than doing my job, 100% of the time. I feel that I have since matured, in many different areas, some being: over-all maturity; seriousness; role-play behaviour; and general knowledge for the rules, laws, and punishments that are reasonable for actions committed that fail to comply with the rules. With this stated, I feel that I can conduct myself with high regard as a professional staff member that can and will greatly benefit the Perpheads community.

I feel that I have a strong understanding for being serious in all situations and dealing with them appropriately and in an orderly manner, preforming my duties to the highest extent no matter what. For example, while playing late at night one time, there were are about three guys all on the server along with me and one other guy. We communicated for a while after I called one of them out after he deliberately meta-gamed in the Out-of-Character Chat System. After that they were all running around being immature and acting in an unrealistic fashion. After a while I just asked them to role-play properly as it was negatively affecting my role-play experience on the server (which it was). He in turn said who wants to role-play with 4 people on anyways (one of his friends had left by this point). Another guy replied, "Me.." and in the end, I had two guys butthurt that they didn't get to mess around and do stupid things, but in the end I preserved myself and other user's role-play and did the right thing. I feel that dealing with these types of situations such as upsetting people who respect you while preforming your proper duties is a tough concept to grasp. I feel that I preserve this concept within myself at all times.

My time being a normal player I have handled many different situations that typically would have been managed by someone of the Enforcer rank in dealing with players who do not adhere to the rules and personally informing them not to do such an action again. If the action the user had inflicted perpetrated a rule that was of a punishable offense such as RDM, 3.4, 3.12, 4.1 or other severe rules, I would have done, and have on numerous occasions, inform a staff member through the functionality of the, '/report,' system and continued with the current situation at hand until a staff member arrived to deal with the situation appropriately.

An example of when I have preformed the above: I was managing an Organization as the Owner was gone. Whilst doing this an Officer that is associated with the Organization as a Citizen arrived along with another Officer. He informed me that, "He is in our Organization and that he will just tell the rest of the force that there is nothing there." As he was doing which, I utilized the, '/report,' system. He continued to conduct himself negatively as an Officer breaking various rules. He made sure the other Officer didn't come near the property as in fear that he would see something. The Officer violating the rules at the time then moved inside the building, looked clearly at the narcotics inside and stated to the people inside, "Nothing here, no illegal activities going on, you guys are good!" At which point he exited and informed the other Officer that it was clear. After a while, an Administrator took me to the Administrative situation regarding the Officer. He inquired that I was to handle the Administrative situation and I continued to detail where the Officer had preformed negligently and in direct violation of the rules with pristine excellence and efficiency. After which the Administrator concluded our discussion by requesting the man if this was the correct situation that he was involved with and that he did in-fact perform all of the dictated actions, and after a while he did conclude that he perform those actions and he received a Warning. I feel that my behaviour in the situation detailed above was excellent and is exceptional performance of what is expected from an Enforcer.

I feel that where I differ from other typical users attempting to become an Enforcer is that I have many key qualities that benefit myself and the server. Some of which are: my exceptional english skills; ability to handle an administrative situation with ease, excellence, and efficiency; previous knowledge and exponential experience with being an Enforcer; and much more. I feel that these traits benefit myself as they allow me to manage Administrative situations in a respective and appropriate manner and that I am able to set myself as a role-model for others.

I find that my role-play has vastly increased in the time since I have fully rejoined the community. I feel that being an Enforcer I can conduct myself as a well placed role model that will have players becoming more involved in more serious role-play situations as well as engaging them with creating more in-depth role-play in everyday situations, introduce users that are not as experienced with role-play as advanced as Pulsar Effect Role-Play and give them knowledge on different experiences that they can encounter, how to deal with them and how to engage in role-play situations that resemble more of the seriousness that we find here at Perpheads.

While playing on Perpheads I will typically role-play as a Paramedic. I have a lot of experience here and find that I benefit the Government System very well. I was recognized by the mayor as the, "Best medic in the city." And was rewarded by him. I feel that when I am a Paramedic I am involved in almost all of the server's activities because I am consistently responding to emergency situations that apply to nearly everyone in the city. I feel that this gives me insight to many different situations that can, and sometimes do, directly relate to administrative situations. I find that this direct correlation between the two shows a lot of skill, experience, and potential in being an Enforcer.

Besides preforming very well on the server, I am also extremely active on the forums that I often find myself running out of threads to review and leave my feedback on the situation that is being reviewed. During my past time as a Moderator I handled numerous Ban Requests and Ban Appeals with extreme professionalism. One example of this was when an Enforcer requested for a user to be banned through a ban request ( now known as an action request ) and provided reasoning and information for an administrator that was to respond to utilize. I responded when I saw this and requested that he send me evidence, in this case, a demo. I received the demo and reviewed the situation at hand properly until I determined what I felt was the proper punishment. I performed in this situation professionally and in my opinion very well. I presently respond to every ban appeal and action request I can with my own educated opinion and verdict as to contribute to the final decision that is to be made by the administrator.

Are you active on the Team Speak:

Yes. Any time I am on the server I am on the Teamspeak in communication with others. If I am not on the server, I typically will be on the Teamspeak as long as I am on my computer.

Do you have anything else to say:

It's been almost two whole years since I made my very first official Enforcer application. I was accepted as soon as I hit one week play time. I was an Enforcer for about two weeks. I made a Moderator application and was accepted along with various others such as @LEWIS 088. Lewis was very influential to my career here at Perpheads, he gave me many mature aspects that I value very highly even to this day. Lewis was a fantastic Enforcer and Moderator and I feel that the strict conduct that comes along with his administrative work is very superb and I find myself following after his, "style." I was a Moderator until late August of that year. During my time as a Moderator; I struggled. Very much. I lacked the ability to seriously deal with Admin Situations every time I encountered them. Rather than managing them all professionally every time, I failed on occasion because I was not acting professionally. I got dragged down very much by school because I was in Year 8 at the time and I didn't have much time to play on Perp and when I did, I wanted to have fun. It's been two years, I'm in Year 10, and I strongly, strongly feel that my attitude in all applicable fields has improved dramatically. Where I preformed poorly as a Moderator, I preformed flawlessly as an Enforcer and Helper, part of the reason I even got Moderator in the first place was because of this perfect and excellent performance as an Enforcer. My last Enforcer application that I submitted was over a year and four months ago.

I feel that I should be given another chance as an Enforcer. I returned full-time to the community in late March and have been increasingly and extremely active almost every single day ever since. I made an Enforcer application shortly after I rejoined and was understandably denied. However, I feel that continuing to work towards regaining one of the aspects of my life that I perform with excellence and outstanding experience is something that I will continue to indulge myself in. I feel that I was not a bad Enforcer nor a bad Helper, in fact, I personally believe that I was one of the most well conducted and professionally accurate Enforcers. I was always involved in many different role-play situations, and was exceptional at handling admin situations and was extraordinarily professional in every single situation I ever encountered. I feel that with that past experience, and with my gained knowledge, I could greatly benefit the Administration team, once more.

Being an Enforcer is something that you do not benefit from in currency, however you do benefit from it. It's still a job, and it's a job I love. I believe that after over two years and after much consideration that I can finally preform my past duties as an Enforcer, once more. I feel that I can now preform very highly as just a normal player dealing with situations involving rule-breakers and feel an intense desire for returning back to being an Enforcer. I also fully understand the responsibilities of an Enforcer; to enforce situations that are encountered while going about normal daily activities while role-playing, and to enforce rules among all situations.

I'd like to add my final notes. Presently I have two bans, and two warnings. My two bans were both over two years ago. My two warnings, were around the same time, over two years ago. In the past when I resigned the situation was extremely tainted and the wrong information was released. Everyone believed that I received a ban and was demoted. However, that information is false. I resigned due to constant inactivity that was supposed to be fixed, but never was. I feel terribly about past involvements where I was a Moderator and performed poorly. I feel as if these past actions strongly justified who I was as a person, role-player, and administrative member. I feel that my past time as a Moderator that, keep in mind, only on occasion functioned poorly, should be disregarded as a true, and honest mistake. I was much younger and didn't have the focused maturity and seriousness as I do now. My words to sum this part of my career up are to not let one story about myself become the only story that depicts the type of person that I am. I truly am a person that handles situations exceptionally well and is a very well minded and high performance staff member that has spent much time on Perpheads dedicating my time doing something I love, involving myself in situations where I preform absolutely flawlessly. Thank you.

I would be delighted to receive feedback from you all. Learning how I am viewed is a major part of what I feel is the future to my success.

TL;DR for Creepis:
I feel I can conduct myself as an Enforcer in the upmost extent possible. My past experience as an Enforcer was truly some of the best I've ever seen myself. Being an Enforcer will greatly benefit the server as I differ from others where I hold my duties at an extremely high regard and am consistently serious in all areas.

I obviously didn't read this, but here's a few things I think about you.

Since previously been on the team I feel that you've grown into a beautiful young man who is more than capable taking on hard and stressful situations. I feel that previously you performed quite immaturely however that was a long time ago and even then you still weren't too bad at reports and stuff.

I don't know mate, if you truly have changed and you are starting to become more mature I feel like you deserve a shot. I mean they accepted @Rogue Car Tyres and that turned out alright so why not you again.

You have proved yourself once again to be a credit to this community, you have my full support.

Not only have you matured a great deal in the past two years but I feel as if you are a lot more serious of a person.

You're really active in the action request section proving your rule knowledge.
You're friendly.

I'd say you's have a good shot at it if given the chance.
