SIDE NOTE: If you can just think that everything I did I apologised for and was stupid and actually read my application and look at positives rather than negatives please.

WHY SHOULD YOU BE AN ENFORCER: Well I believe that I should be enforcer because its not how hard you try to show how you know the rules its showing the staff team that you're more than capable of achieving this rank, well we all know that 2016 was a pretty bad year for me as I got demoted and hung round with the people who influenced me to do bad things which I thought was funny at the time. I deeply regret it now that I lost my rank because of this and I would like to prove to the staff team again that I am more than capable of achieving Moderator back, in my prime time of being a moderator I had the highest report count every week with over 1500+ reports done in around 4 months which is pretty outstanding.

What I can bring:

High report count and a mass of reports being done.
Help to the community on guiding community members to becoming "good players".
Great role model.

I recommend Aaron for his work as a staff member, there's loads of people out there that thought Azz won't do it, that he's shit and should not have been a staff member, that he was a minge, honestly all Aaron did was bantering around with people having banter with him, Aaron was never a minge when people said he was, if so well then like 4-6 mods were at the same time he as him, Aaron finally did get accepted for Enforcer and people got really pissed off, but it turned out to be a really good choice in my opinion, never have I've seen someone in my year and 8 months since I was accepted (the first time) seen such a dedicated mod, Aaron is very different than everyone else, he cares about the staff team. He does a lot of reports and then asks if anyone else wants to do some to get their count up, he always defends a staff member and tries to put himself into their perspective and why they did it but also understands what they've done wrong,

Aaron is finally a moderator and is doing really well

I have to agree most of the time he is a banterous and friendly guy but in Moderator mode damn he is focused.

Aaron from the moment he was made a enforcer he was fantastic in helping everyone now he has also got that in a mod

Above is a few quotes off current members of the community and this is what I miss the most too be honest, if I had a second shot I sure would prove to you guys that I would do my job to the best of my abilities the only person to influence me now is my friend MrLewis and he would guide me to a good path.

This is how well I did as a staff member every 6-7 days a report count came out and this was my report count throughout them weeks which is pretty good and shows I was good at my job.

He done a stupid action but he was one of the BEST mods before getting demoted , with the beginning of new year 2017 he deserve another chance to prove himself again because he really deserve to be one of the staff again for some reasons :

1- Really active on server , you can see him around much
* I am not a Teamspeak user , so i don't know you about being active on it ....
* doesn't seem you really active on /help chat and i think you need to improve it
3- He had been in PH since from its beginning so he def. have a great knowledge of rules and laws

I am giving him a +SUPPORT

EDIT : Changed my mind , i dont think you deserve to be one of the staff members again , you dont have recent warnings/bans but it doesn't change the fact being banned for 11 times , you ruined yourself after getting demoted and carried on breaking rules and getting bans , i dont think you are ready to be one of the staff members and you will not be ready ... you had the opportunity to continue being a mod in PH but you chose to get demoted , i guess ... im -Supporting this

Aaron is a nice guy and is consistently following rules now, despite a small "blip" in which he got a few bans, but at the end of the day, everyone makes mistakes without trying to sound cliche. Aaron is a nice player and a fair player as well, I saw him when he was a moderator, and he was fair back then. He was constantly doing reports, as evident by the report count he posted, and as Aaron said 3 different staff members messed up and got a second chance, why not allow Aaron one. Overall I can definitely see Aaron as an enforcer/moderator again, so I will be fully supporting this application.

As mentioned in my reply to your previous application, I don't want you as enforcer due to your past record, and your past behavior including having been demoted once for misuse of your account while mod which I believe is an immediate disqualifier for anyone who was mod, but was then demoted. Just generally speaking people who were demoted have no place in the staff team.

And since you like showing bans so much, why not show yours?

Even though your record spans 3 years, half of them are just from the last half of this year alone (And these are just bans, I don't really want to see your warnings cause I know it will be even worse)

Role playing as a character in a game good job don't play a role play server if you don't like to.

Also the user got banned for this homeless as I was not going to lose my weapons and items over a small glitch, get with it buddy and move on with new information to call me out.

I'm sorry @MrAaron but I simply cannot leave you any kind of support, being - or +. However I will leave my feedback here.

As you could imagine, being a staff member again, and to help enforce the rules would be a dream (when it comes to roleplaying servers, that is) and that lead to you pursuing you dream, you achieved the rank of Enforcer, then Moderator. After your demotion though, some things went down, I decided to leave you some feedback on your previous enforcer application. If you still had your moderator rank, I am very sure you would have banned me from both the forums, teamspeak and the server.

I simply don't trust you when you have that power.

An apology will not delete your horrible past. Also requesting us to look at your positives rather than your negatives is funny. Let's ignore your demotion from the staff team, 6 bans that were gathered in 7 months and god knows how many warnings.
