1.You're the best guy I've actually gotten along with well, you're nice, friendly, and even though you got an almost aggresive RP-Style (1 bangin' Benelli master) you're a professional when it is about RP.
2.As said by the others (and knowing this by others), you're really active in TeamSpeak/Forums all that kind of stuff.
3.Your voice already tells me you're mature enough, 15 is already in a good shape.
4.Good and really good (really, really good) knowledge of the rules and also laws which is the most important point.
