I first joined the Perpheads server back in November 2013 with Harry Barnett, although we didn't sign up on the site for donkeys because Harry eventually got himself banned permanently and had to create an account to appeal, which I did the same so I could support him. I never used my microphone for quite a while but when I started using it I became more known within the community and I then got enforcer on my second try. I personally think I was a bit pants at the job which is what I want to change if I am accepted again.

On January 15th 2015 the Police Supervisor System was introduced and I of course applied since all I really do on the server is play as police. This is why I started using my microphone, so that I could keep my position as a supervisor. I developed my skills as a police officer in-game and was invited to join the Board of Supervisors with Jordan, Chrissy and GraveDinosaur to help get the Police Department whitelisted.

The reason I would like to become an Enforcer is because I genuinely love to help people, and this position offers exactly what I'm looking for. It's the same reason I would like to become a Police Officer in real life. I got a bit bored of reports when I was previously a moderator but I always enjoyed the forum stuff and aiding the staff team in other ways (a great example is the ban appeal reminder section that I created).

Community Contribution and Activity

Graphics
I'm not on AyJay's level with creating graphics (e.g. logos, etc) but I can certainly work paint.net and photoshop to create some snazzy pictures. Here are a couple of the graphics I have contributed towards the community:

Paralake Police Department a number of logos that are used to represent divisions of the PLPD, e.g. Chiefs of Department, Support Services, Police Academy.
Christmas CS:GO Tournament the logo for the tournament, a small contribution towards Chris' amazing work.
Signature Creation between 20-30 signatures have been made for community members on request through inbox message.

Administration
I've served in the staff team for 1 year and 2 months which has let me meet lots more members of the community, not always in a positive way though.

120 Bans I mostly catch rule breakers in a 'pro-active' method where I come across them frequently in roleplay, rather than 'reactive' through constant reports.
Action Requests I've never really had to make an action request as the staff team have handled my reports fine, but I've had to create two in the past [1] [2]

Police Department
As mentioned in my profile I was invited to the Board of Supervisors where I contributed towards the development of the Police Whitelist we have today, where I was a Deputy Chief of Department, once the Board of Supervisors were no longer needed, I stepped down to the rank of Inspector which was later removed and I became a Captain.

Paralake Crime Agency
People who are not members of my organisation may not think this is a big deal, but the amount of work I have put in along with some notable members is crazy, I've recently spent £50.00 (ontop of monthly hosting costs) hiring a person to develop a records management database for us, only with the aim of improving police roleplay.

I always come up with new ideas and stick them in the suggestions section, same if I see a bug, they will not go unreported.

Pretty chuffed with these awards I got, @Jordan no longer crowned best police roleplay.

Ban Appeal Reminders
Although something I can't do anymore, I would like to raise this as a point due to the amount of time and effort that went into them:

Concerns "Q&A"

"You got demoted, no thanks."
I got a large number of complaints [all by the same user] who felt they needed to watch everything I do and report it, most of which were technically valid even if they were minor. Previously demoted staff members have got back into the staff team as moderators and even in one case, an administrator. So, it's been five months and my promise is that I won't cock up this time, I'm older, more mature and have a better understanding of what went wrong and how to avoid it.

"Your videos are mingey"
A valid point raised by three critiques of my previous application, now one of these people agree that this has been worked on and any scenes that may 'appear' to break the rules are not included to avoid confusion or justification.

"Your activity isn't brilliant"
Activity since the previous application has risen dramatically, I finally have a door (with a handle) @Feng Yamaguchi so I can shut myself away from the outside world and play PERP.

Personally i find my interactions with Tyla always funny and entertaining, never had an issue with the man as a player or previous staff member. Honest and non biased, would be an addition to the staff team again in my book. Than again my opinion means jack, good luck on your app.

Tyla, you are a great friend and a member that the community wouldn't have advanced so far without.

It's not the fact that your videos are mingey or that you got demoted, its simply your conduct in the game because those do not matter too much, your videos are supposed to be funny, and some banter is always fine, and the fact that you got demoted, well, you still deserve another chance.
You are one of the best players I have seen so far and as long as you can conduct yourself correctly if you receive the role, I am in. Good luck.

His police roleplay is outstanding.
Its understandable that he can be mingey in his videos, Running people over all the time, Messing with props, etc.
But that was before, Now he has matured up a lot and i believe he deserves another chance as a staff member.

Tyla is an outstanding player and really is a great guy who acts professional in the most tough times. Back when Tyla was a staff member he truly did do it to the best of his abilities and were always helpful to people who needed it. I'd love you back on to help. I Do believe that you have improved and are ready to come back.

I will not support this application again due to reasons I stated in one of your previous applications.
The fact that you were demoted indicates you could not handle your powers appropriately. And as with everyone I've seen that was demoted who then reapplied for enforcer I do not believe they should be allowed back on the staff team.

I don't see the point in you re-applying since the head administrator denied you for the reason "You are denied because of your previous demotion from this position" (Appox) So you are most likely gonna be denied again and for that reason im gonna go with a -support but good luck with your applications anyways.

Tyla was a great staff member from what I have heard but unfortunately I wasn't there to see what he did. But still he has been a great friend to me and is also a brilliant Youtuber. He is active on Teamspeak, Forums and the server but I mostly see him In-Game as a cop and he has very good law knowledge. Tyla is a Captain in the PLPD which means he is a well known member and he is respected by the community.

Tyla is a perfect candidate for enforcer, he is kind and patient (shown by the fact he can put up with me) , he has a great law and rule knowledge (showed by him being Captain,mainly laws for that one). He was a very good staff member but was a bit mingey but that is who he is and if you don't like that , tough luck as you will see Tyla alot as he is very active.
