Israel and Palestine?

@Wiki You have to contextualise it. It's very easy to judge the actions of previous people with today's standards.

If we look at laws from 1920 that opposed women's rights etc we'd say they were awful, evil etc. However, at the time they were considered as normal as the law for wearing a seatbelt might seem to us today

In say 50 years, people might say we were all transphobic for only having two bathrooms, yet it's something many see as normal today

@ShadowJoey literally every leader in the 40s was racist and homophobic. Suprise surprise.

He led us to victory in a dark hour. I'd rather have a PM who was a moderate for the times then be living under the yolk of Nazi tyranny.

I know you don't study History, but don't judge previous actions by today's standards. Something a GCSE kid would do.

@Duffy Lmao, funny thing is everyone thinks Hitler was the worst person to ever live. But they have no idea what really happened back then. Russia and China were even worse but no one talks about that. Proud Austrian btw.

@Robin Ljungberg Mao was attempting to better his country, which he did to a certain extent. Mao was not as bad as Hitler at all, all he was trying to do was make his country better.
